At Has2sons,we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products. All of our items are carefully inspected before they are shipped to ensure that they meet our standards. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may need to return or exchange a product. Please read our policy below for more information.

Returns
We do not accept refunds for any reason, such as not liking the item you received or the size being inappropriate. Be sure to choose the right size before placing an order. All sales are final and we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require photographic evidence of the defect and will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.If a defect is confirmed, we will further discuss solutions with you.

If you are located in the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA), you are entitled to the following rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU):

14-Day Cooling-off Period (Right of Withdrawal)

You have the right to cancel your purchase and request a return within 14 days upon receiving the goods, without giving any reason. The cooling-off period commences on the date you (or a third party designated by you) take physical possession of the items.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

Please provide your full name, order number, and reason for return (optional). We will send you a confirmation email upon receipt of your withdrawal request.

Refund Processing

We will issue a full refund (including standard delivery fees) via your original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned goods. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer, unless the goods are defective.

Goods Requirements for Returns

Returned items must be kept in their original condition, unused and undamaged. The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain special product categories, such as custom-made goods and unsealed hygiene products.
Consumers shall bear the direct return shipping fees on their own, mark the return parcel with an accurate customs declaration of "Return" or "Returned Goods", and prepare original documents proving that the goods were exported from the European Union (such as the original export customs declaration, invoices, etc.)
